Gift Card Orders

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, usually ship the same day except for holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Central Time or on weekends usually ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday or prior to holidays after 2:00 pm Central Time are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday before 2:00 pm Central Time for overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, delivery will be the next business day.

Please be aware of estimated shipping times for the various shipping methods. We do not ship or deliver on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

For your protection, some orders may require verification either verbally or through email correspondence. This may result in delays of up to 24 hours before your order can be shipped.

We regret that we are not able to ship cards internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to Puerto Rico.

Shipments by First Class Mail

IMPORTANT: Shipping by First Class Mail is only available for orders of $100.00 card value or less. First Class Mail deliveries are sent via the US Postal Service and are not guaranteed. All risk associated with First Class Mail shipments is incurred by the purchaser. Grandma’s Restaurant Co. will not refund missing orders that are shipped via First Class Mail. The U.S. Postal Service estimates 3-10 days delivery time for First Class Mail to most locations.

Shipments by FedEx

Shipments via FedEx require a physical address for delivery. FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box. If your billing address is a PO Box and your order will ship by FedEx, please review your physical shipping address in the “Purchase” section (available in the “Purchase” step of the order process).

Shipments by FedEx Overnight generally have an afternoon arrival.

Please be aware that if FedEx is unable to deliver your package due to improper addressing or inability to obtain delivery signature, you will be responsible for FedEx surcharges. In addition, you are responsible for subsequent shipping charges if your package has to be re-shipped to the correct address.

General Orders

Checkout

All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart before clicking CHECKOUT. When you click PURCHASE we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click PURCHASE.

Order Confirmation

Once you click PURCHASE the order is transmitted. This may take a few moments, so please don’t double click!

After sending your order you will receive a receipt page including a reference number and details on your order. The receipt page can be printed for your records if you want. We’ll also send an email acknowledgement shortly to the email address you entered on your order.

It’s unlikely, but if you should receive an error message after clicking PURCHASE please cut and paste the message and send it to us via shop@grccorp.com.

When will I get my order?

Order by 4:00 pm Central Time, Monday-Thursday and your package will ship the next business day. Overnight Delivery is available. Contact our customer service department to make those arrangements.

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays.)

One shipping charge per delivery address. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We’ll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

Returns/Exchanges

For more than three decades Grandma’s Restaurant Company has been proud to offer the highest quality merchandise. We start with the finest product available and add our own special design touches to make it unique.

Grandma’s high quality garments should provide years of wear, but if for any reason a piece of the Grandma’s Collection does not meet your expectations, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund. ( this is under discussion)

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail 30 days of original purchase date.

To return by mail, simply box up the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and follow the mailing instructions below.

To return any GrandmasRestaurants.com purchase by mail:

  • Make a copy of the order form for the return and keep original for your records.
  • Note the reason why you are returning or exchanging the item(s) on the form.
  • Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or credit your account minus the shipping*. If you’d like an exchange, let us know what you want by indicating that on the return form. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.

We will only ship exchanges to the original order address.

Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the copy of the order form. Packages must be returned prepaid — we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Credit Card Refunds

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

How is my order shipped?

How is shipping calculated?

Two factors determine the shipping charges on orders. First, shipping charges increment as the weight of your order increases. Secondly, the shipping charge formula is scaled based upon the distance between our warehouse location and the destination address. We have set our rates to approximate the rates charged to us by our delivery service providers.

How should I receive my order?

Please check the shipping address carefully before placing your order. Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause a delay in processing or shipment of your order. We are not responsible for the replacement or refund of orders that have incomplete or invalid addresses.

We strongly recommend inspecting your products immediately to ensure that you are completely satisfied.

The carrier will leave the package only if they deem the delivery address to be secure, so if it is a gift it is advisable to notify your recipient of its arrival and make alternative arrangements for someone to receive the package if necessary. A signature is required for all packages sent to commercial addresses.

Can I change my order?

Once your order is submitted, it can’t be changed online because it’s automatically processed as soon as you click PURCHASE.

Following proper procedures when handling foods will ensure the enjoyment of your products from GrandmasRestaurants.com. Here are some things to keep in mind. Always follow the printed package instructions for cooking instructions. Always plan to use your foods from ShopAtGrandmas.com in a reasonable amount of time. Do not allow cooked foods to stand at room temperature. Always refrigerate leftovers immediately.
