It was boom time in America when a young feisty Italian immigrant named Rosa Brochi opened her first boarding house to the lonely sailors in the Great Lakes Port of Duluth, MN. It was near the turn of the 20th century and here where Rosa’s lifelong tradition of customer satisfaction began. 1976 saw the opening of Grandma’s Saloon & Grill in the very same building where Rosa operated her first boarding house. Thus Grandma’s Restaurant Company was founded on the legend of Grandma Rosa and based on the principle of pleasing customers one at a time.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions


All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart before clicking “Checkout.” When you click “Purchase” we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click “Purchase.”

Where can I use the card?

Grandma’s Gift Cards are issued by and represent an obligation of Grandma’s, Inc. Each time you use it, we’ll deduct that amount from the balance until you’ve used the full balance of the card. You can add to the card balance at any time. (1) Except where required by law, the card is not redeemable for cash in our restaurants. (2) We can’t replace it if it’s lost or stolen. (3) It may also be used at Little Angie’s Cantina & Grill, The Sports Garden, and Bellisio’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar. (4) The Adventure Zone has the VIP (gift card) card, (5) Grandma’s, Inc. approval required to advertise this card. (6) Valid in U.S. only.

Order Confirmation

Once you click PURCHASE the order is transmitted.

After sending your order you will receive a receipt page including a reference number and details on your order. The receipt page can be printed for your records if you want. We’ll also send an email acknowledgement shortly to the email address you entered on your order.

It’s unlikely, but if you should receive an error message after clicking PURCHASE please cut and paste the message and send it to us via shop@grccorp.com. If you don’t receive a receipt, please email shop@grccorp.com as well.

Can I change my order?

Once your order is submitted, it can’t be changed online because it’s automatically processed as soon as you click PURCHASE.

Does my Gift Card expire?

There is no expiration.

Does my Gift Card lose value over time?


Card reuse

We encourage reuse of any gift card; call it a small step for recycling. It can also be used to scape frost from your windshieled in a pinch or fixing a wobbly table. But the best thing to do is add to the card balance or reload it at any time by taking it to any Grandma’s Restaurant Company family of restaurants. Addition of funds to an already purchased card cannot be done online.

Lost or stolen cards

Always protect your gift card as if it were cash. We can’t replace it if it’s lost or stolen.

How do I buy cards in large quantities?
